RUNNING CBT GROUPS

CBT (as delivered in Groups) is one of the most common formats currently within services today. NICE guidelines also recommend CBT Groups as part of the Stepped Care approach in Primary Care. This workshop takes delegates through the A-Z of preparing, running and evaluating CBT Groups.

PROBLEM SOLVING TECHNIQUES IN CBT

Problem solving skills are a key CBT technique for clients to learn and use. This course takes delegates through a range of evidence based problem solving techniques to incorporate into their practice. Starting with D'Zurilla and Goldfried’s classic approach to problem solving, this course outlines and explores a wide range of additional problem solving techniques that can be effectively used with clients. USING CBT SUPERVISION (CBT SUPERVISION FOR SUPERVISEES)

A one day online workshop for CBT supervisees to understand the purpose of CBT supervision and to get the most out of their supervisors! Delegates familiar with supervision in other psychotherapeutic modalities will discover the differences as well as the overlaps with CBT supervision. You will learn how to apply supervision models to your own CBT practice and develop practical “supervisee skills” along with the confidence to use CBT supervision to its best effect.
